We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your name (artist/band name), email address, and optionally your Spotify artist URL. We also collect your submission data (which songs you submit, when, and to which playlists).
We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing. We do not run ads. We do not track you across other websites.
We use Spotify's API to manage playlists and verify tracks. We use SendGrid to send transactional emails. We use Railway for database and server hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It expires after 7 days of inactivity. No third-party tracking cookies.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from your dashboard under My Profile. Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account, songs, submissions, history, and public profile are removed instantly. No waiting period, no need to contact us.
